Tips to everyday calm...

1. Let relaxation take over with a long, luxurious bath. Schedule a meeting with yourself and your favourite bath goodies. At Skindulgence we have tons of treats for the tub, from bath bombs and loofahs to salts and oils to help you soak away your stresses. Don't forget to dim the lights, light some candles and try to stop all those racings thoughts. Be patient with yourself, peace and relaxation will wash over you once you are able to let go of your day-to-day bothers (even if it is for only twenty minutes)!

2. Jot your thoughts. Writing nightly (or even better, throughout the whole day) can help to center yourself as well as better organize your day and mind. Buy a journal with a cover that speaks to you, be it an ocean scene, sparkles or a cute cartoon picture, and you'll be more likely to want to reach for it. Don't stop at To-Do lists, write down your feelings and musings. Be as honest as possible and you might be surprised at how clear your head is.
